Delivery is normally carried out within specified days. However, ILAHA HAJIYEVA Online is not liable for late delivery. ILAHA HAJIYEVA Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered using an International Standard Delivery. ILAHA HAJIYEVA Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods not delivered under an International Standard Delivery. If the transport company returns the goods to the Seller because delivery to the Customer was not possible then the Customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
You’ve got 21 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange or refund. Items should be returned new and unused Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be refunded for. Items returned after 21 days will not be refunded for. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued towards your original method of payment. If you have not received a refund after 30 days from the date we issued you a credit, please contact your bank before contacting us at email@example.com. If you need to exchange an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements.

Customers are responsible for postage and customs fees.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using certified mail, shipping insurance or a tracking number.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchange of item might vary.
